The Caucuses of 2004 provided the opportunity for a number of Democrats to become acquainted with one another. Using the contact information obtained at that Caucus a group of Democrats living in Ankeny got together.  The purpose was to explore what they could do to help promote Democratic ideals and the candidacy of candidates for office. It was determined that if we wanted representation in the political process we had to take on those responsibilities as an individuals.
